Anime Limited Updates

Anime Limited has announced the following:
- Lucky Star (pictured right) will be 'hopefully' released before the end of the year. 'This is because we're adding an additional disc into our set. We are bringing the series to Blu-ray and will be utilising the Funimation masters for our discs. The way they were authored in the USA meant that a lot of extra content was not included on Blu-ray and instead were kept on DVD only. So we are now factoring in a additional bonus DVD disc that will have these extras on it. Our release will now be a four disc set, with three Blu-ray discs comprising the series plus the bonus DVD extras disc.'
- While the 2015 series of Lupin III was planned for a Q4 2016 release, it has now been delayed until next year. "Since we solicited our provisional Q4 schedule it was brought to our attention that an English dub may be in the works. To give us the necessary time to ascertain whether this is indeed the case or not, we are delaying our release until 2017."
- Your Lie in April Part 1 will hopefully be released in October, while Part 2 'has no tentative date at this time.'
- The Empire of Corpses is due on September 26.
- The Eden of the East Ltd Collector's Edition Blu-ray will 'hopefully' be released in November, though it could be earlier.
- Claymore will 'hopefully' be available by the end of the year.
- Gundam: Reconguista in G has been moved back to November 7. The reason is 'a delay in printing of the product itself.'
- Aldnoah.Zero Season 2 is intended to be released in Q4, but no release date at present.
- Blood Blockade Battlefront (pictured left) will be released on November 7 as both a Limited Collector's Edition Blu-ray and a standard DVD. The Blu-ray will include a 120-page art book with character image boards, art settings and interviews with staff. The set will also include episode 10.5 ('Even These Are the Worst and the Best Days Ever').
- The Tatami Galaxy will be released as a Limited Collector's Edition Blu-ray on November 28. It will include four art cards and a 60-page art booklet, containing characters designs, plus background art settings. Extras include a 'Making of' featurette.
Re Funimation releases:
- Gonna be the Twin-Tail!! is due on September 26.
- Other tentative release dates: No-Rin on October 10, Fairy Tail Part 10 in October, and two new titles - Yuri Kuma Arashi on October 31 and Brothers Conflict on November 14.
- Overlord will be released in the UK in the future.
